About Lancehawks
We used to build software people operate. Now we build software that operates.
01 The story
Lancehawks began by building and running the operational software growing businesses depend on — admissions and fees for a residential academy, a property marketplace, a vehicle booking platform.
Those systems worked. Admin time at Chaitanya’s Academy fell by 95%, and Buswing hasn’t had a double-booking since launch. But even with good software, people were still doing the work around it: chasing payments, answering the same enquiries, keying in documents, reconciling at month-end.
Then the models got good enough to do that work — reliably, within limits, with a person signing off. Software that once waited to be used could now take the next step on its own.
So we rebuilt the company around it. Lancehawks now designs, builds and runs AI-enhanced and agentic software — on the same principle we always worked by: we don’t ship and disappear. We run what we build.

Siddharth Rai
Founder
Siddharth leads the design, build and day-to-day running of every system Lancehawks operates — the school ERP behind Chaitanya’s Academy’s two campuses, Buswing’s booking platform and DCDH Estate’s marketplace — and now the agents that work on top of them.
Before Lancehawks he was a Technical Product Manager at Mindstix Software Labs, turning business requirements into working software. He reads about AI infrastructure for fun and thinks a lot about robotics.
We’re a small, remote-first team. We don’t subcontract and we don’t hand you to juniors: the people who build your system are the people who run it, and Siddharth is your point of contact throughout.
